I got a call this morning and they actually arrived 3 hours earlier. He immediately went to work. He took pictures of before and after of the dryer vent to the roof. He replaced the vent tube to the dryer, vacuumed up the lint, and even sprayed a cleaner and washed down the washer and dryer. He was able to take my credit card and he was done in less than an hour.
