Had a great experience with this company and their rep, Victor. All was protected carefully (guards for corners, blankets for surfaces) and cleaned up entirely. Absolutely heartfelt experience ♥️ Mr. Chance came out to clean my dryer vent and was immediately able to find a major issue with my duct. My mother had been experiencing severe lung and throat issues for the past two years straight. It took us many trips to the doctors who were baffled, to finally call Duct Dudes. Mr. Chance found the issue that was causing my vent to not release the gas and air from my dryer properly. Mom had been using those commercial toxic dryer sheets too. So all those chemicals were coming right back into the pantry and kitchen! Not to mention, the new dryer to malfunction. My mother's health has significantly improved since this experience. I cannot express with words, just how thankful our entire family is. I cannot stress the importance of having all ducts including dryer vents and HVAC in this Arizona dry climate. Mike completed the duct cleaning and was very kind to also connect the dryer vent in the attic. He identified the problem and was extremely proactive about it. What a great company and their technician Chance was the best!  He arrived promptly, dressed neatly and professionally. He methodically went through my home and cleaned every duct diligently and carefully. He respected all wall art and furniture that was in the way, put down moving blankets to collect dust and even at the end went through the entire house with a vacuum to pick up any debris. This young man was truly remarkable.  He came alone but that did not deter him.  No rushing he patiently worked his way through every room. I highly recommend him and this company.
