We recently completed a home remodeling project, and thought it would be a great time to have all of our ducts cleaned with all the dust, debris, and particles that were still left despite our best efforts of surface cleaning everything. Chance and Victor were the technicians that came out for our job. Prior to our appointment time, Chance send me a text letting me know a previous job took a little longer than expected and they were running a few minutes late. Great communication! Upon arrival, they inspected the house layout, what the job entailed, and asked us if we had any concerns or other requests. They retrieved their equipment, and placed foot coverings over their shoes to start the job. They were respectable of our presence, as well as our furniture, appliances, and belongings in our home. They took the time needed to complete their work, they did not rush even though it was near the end of the day. Mike the owner of the company stopped by also. He asked if we had any questions or concerns and also checked some of the ducts to make sure everything was clean. Talk about customer service and quality assurance of his product! After the job was completed Chance and Victor vacuumed a few areas on the floor. I think they not only left our ducts cleaner than before, but our home as well. Scheduling was a breeze and both Mike and Alicia set a convenient day and time. Mike showed up early and prepared to get to work. His equipment is all clean and organized so as not to disrupt or cause any inconvenience. He is extremely clean and meticulous. Each area was draped off with care as he took his time removing each register, vent, and return to carefully clean and then reaffix each after finishing the ductwork cleaning. After all the work was completed he even went over the areas where the cleaning was done and vacuumed the flooring. Super nice people to work with and very reasonable pricing. Our second time using them for another service, previously dryer vent, and they didn’t disappoint! Just did our annual for our dryer vent.
